11:00 am - Ambassadors Meeting
1:00 – 5:00 - 4-H Exhibit Building and Foods Building, Clean-up and Set-up (Pine to Prairie, Win E Mac, South County Kindness, Fisher-Climax, Lucky Loons)

Wednesday, June 29

2:00 - 6:30 pm - 4-H Exhibit Entry and Conference Judging
6:00 pm - Pet show and cat show

Thursday, June 30

9:00 am - Horse Show, judging Arena
9:00am – 7:00 pm - Demonstrations & Communication Arts
2:00 pm - All Livestock and horses in place
4:00 pm - Display deadline - Rabbits, Poultry
4:00 - 7:00pm - Livestock and horse Interviews
4:30 pm - 4-H Poultry Judging
4:45 pm - Kiddie Calf Show
6:00 pm - 4-H Rabbit show, swine barn arena
4:00 - 7:00 pm - Livestock and Horse Knolwedge Interviews
7:00 pm - Herdsmanship judging begins, runs till noon, Sunday

Friday July 1

8:30 am - 4-H Sheep Show, Swine Show, Meat Goat Show, swine barn
9:00 am - 4-H Beef Show, Outdoor Arena
10:15 am - 4-H Dairy Goat Show, Outdoor Arena
10:30 am - 4-H Dairy Show, Outdoor Arena – Grass Area

Saturday July 2

9:00 am - 4-H Horse Fun Show - Outdoor Arena
12:15 pm - 4-H Fashion Revue - Free Stage
5:00 pm - Premier Showmanship
6:00 pm - Awards given out at Premier Showmanship Ring

Sunday July 3

1:00am - 1:00pm Pancake Breakfast
2:00 pm - Parade
4:00 pm - All State Fair Exhibitors meeting, please be there
6:00 pm - 4-H exhibits released
6:30 – done - 4-H building clean-up North Star, Willing Workers, Fertile-Foodstand clean-up
8:00 pm - 4-H Exhibit Bldg. Closed ; exhibits remaining will be returned to office for pick up after Thursday, July 7th
